Tawian Strait Low Carbon Incubator Region

Within the context of climate change, cities and their urban policies have a role to play in changing energy use and meeting national and global targets of greenhouse gas emissions reductions. Cities can become the Incubators we need to test and demonstrate how wholesale reductions can be made. These Incubators need a critical mass of planning, construction and lifestyle change and design. The design of these Incubators needs imagination. An imaginative map has the power to indicate and symbolise at this large scale.
